Marlene Mier, Life Coach I am a Life Coach. What that means, is that I work with my clients to
strengthen all areas of their lives. I am a personal trainer for your
life, versus just your body. I support people to be more, have more, and
get more of what they want in order to create their dream life!
My expertise is personal coaching with Women, focusing on such issues
as: life transitions; getting "unstuck"; boundaries and personal
standards; living your life in integrity; living vs. existing; living a
joyful life; attracting the right people & opportunities; life's work; etc.
Coaching is a very present focused, action based process designed to
produce results. It is NOT therapy, which is largely an intellectual exercise
focused on the past and the "why" of things. I have a very direct, yet gentle
approach that helps people get out of their head and into their lives!

Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson Arizona in 1987, and has been providing
body work to the Austin community since 1992. Whether it's deep tissue
massage, or a soothing, lighter touch, her work is based on balancing all
the aspects of the body you live in!
